Subscription Services

Activation and Access

When you purchase a Drip Rewards subscription plan, your account will be activated immediately upon successful payment processing. You'll receive access to all features included in your selected plan tier within 24 hours of purchase.

Service Delivery

Drip Rewards is a digital platform delivered via web-based services, APIs, and integrations. Upon activation, you'll receive:

  • Immediate access to your Drip Rewards dashboard
  • Access to all features included in your subscription tier
  • Ability to create and manage digital communities and rewards systems
  • API access (if included in your plan)

Refund Policy

To request a prorated refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard under "Billing Settings"
  • Emailing [email protected] with your account information

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

Downgrading

You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Service Level Agreement

  • Platform Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all Drip Rewards services.
  • Support Response: Support tickets will receive an initial response within 24 hours during business days.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: For critical service issues affecting your ability to use core platform features, we aim to resolve within 48 hours.

Data Management

  • Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, during which time you may request an export of your data.
  • After 30 days, we reserve the right to permanently delete all account data.
  • At any time, you may request a copy of your data by contacting [email protected].

Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have specific terms that differ from this standard policy. Please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for details.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this fulfillment policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to all active subscribers.
